All products are shipped after thorough checking therefore the chance of a defect occurring is very rare, and in an event of such occurrence we will replace the product with a functioning product promptly. You could get in touch with us for your replacements. All replacement claims shall be submitted no later than 2 days of product delivery.
Exchange
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can request a free replacement with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep the item in its original condition with the manufacturer’s packaging.
To replace an item, please email customer service at printdeer360@gmail.com with your order details. Once your replacement is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to get your replacement.
We will cover the cost of delivering the replacement items with in India, provided it’s matching any of the reasons for replacement mentioned above.
Important Note:
Customized orders: We print items according to the information provided during the order. Therefore, we cannot accept replacement or refund requests for any design change, spelling mistakes, wrong business information provided or if you simply change your mind.
Returns/Refund
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept any return requests once the product is delivered. We strive to ensure the highest quality standards for all customized items, and we encourage customers to review their order details carefully before submitting. Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, no cancellations requests will be approved and no refund will be issued. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at printdeer360@gmail.com.
Once your cancellation request is received within 24 hours of placing an order, we will process your refund. Refunds are generally issued in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. We will notify you by email when your refund has been completed.
Please be as careful as you can before you hit that Buy button. Your simple hit on that button starts a long logistics process chain at our end. Be kind to environment and also to our people who bring such wonderful products to you.
Warranty Policy
Your Product is covered by a one-year warranty starting from the date of order delivery. This warranty applies only under the following condition:
(a) Tapping Issue : If the card does not tap on your NFC-enabled smartphone.
Important Note : To use the tap feature, your smartphone must have NFC capability. Card replacement will be free if above conditions applied but shipping charges will be applied to the customer.
